Using Incognito or Private Browsing Mode

Incognito or private browsing mode allows you to access a fresh session without using stored cache or cookies. This is helpful for testing and isolating browser-related issues.

How to Open an Incognito/Private Window

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac).
  • Mozilla Firefox / Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows) or Command + Shift + P (Mac).
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N (Mac).

Once in incognito or private mode, navigate to the application and attempt to reproduce the issue.

Additional Recommendations

  • Ensure the browser is updated to the latest version.
  • Temporarily disable browser extensions or plugins, particularly ad-blockers or security tools, and reload the page.
  • If possible, test the application on a different browser or device.

If the Issue Persists

Please share the following information with the support team for further assistance:

  • A screenshot of the issue or error message
